Salt Financial is committed to operating as a transparent and accountable participant in the financial benchmark ecosystem. As a data contributor and calculation service provider, Salt delivers proprietary volatility metrics, including its truVol® technology, to benchmark administrators and financial institutions in accordance with internationally recognized best practices.
In May 2026, Salt completed its first formal self-certification of adherence to the IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks, the globally recognized index governance standard, in its role as a data contributor to benchmark participants. This assessment is supported by a suite of eight formal policy documents governing methodology operations, data integrity, conflicts of interest, record retention, and operational resilience.
